Upon demand, Exhibit prepares and issues certified Translation Audit Reports under the hand and seal of a Sworn Translator.

Translation Audits will be drafted only in Spanish. Should a Client require the report to be drafted in English or in French a Sworn Translation Service of the original version of the report will have to be ordered by the Client under our standard procedures.

Translation Audit Reports shall include a comprehensive formal and material analysis of legal or financial translations made by a third party and a motivated final opinion on the adequacy or inadequacy of each translation submitted for consideration so that the Client may avail himself of its conclusions for all legal intents and purposes.
