LEGAL AND FINANCIAL GLOSSARIES
|
Upon our Clients' demand, Exhibit shall conceive, execute and deliver specific-purpose bilingual or trilingual glossaries in our working languages which will include a list of corresponding terms and expressions of interest for our Clients in any of our fields of expertise. Glossaries may also include a definition or explanation of said terms and expressions in the language or their choice.

Dynamic glossaries:
|
These are an additional by-product of a Translation Service and they must be included in the framework of such translation contract, so that each translation service may include the production and submission within a reasonable period of time after the delivery of the translation proper of a case-specific glossary drawn from the original and the resulting translation in accordance with the different criteria applicable to terminological analysis and the special interests of our Clients.

Self-contained glossaries:
|
These are glossaries which bear no relation to a Translation Service provided by Exhibit. Any Client may submit a Proposal to produce a glossary on any legal or financial topic of interest. To this purpose, Clients may submit a list of terms and expressions for inclusion in the glossary or supply a core document from which we will identify, at our sole discretion, the terms and expressions that will be included in the glossary.

Denotative glossaries:
|
Denotative glossaries will be displayed on a table with as many columns as languages have been requested. Each row will first show the term or expression in the Client's working language and then its translation in the target language or languages.
|
|
Descriptive glossaries:
|
Descriptive glossaries shall be displayed on a table with two columns. The first column will show the relevant term or expression in the source language and below its translation in the target language or languages. The second column will include a brief precise definition in the source language of such term or expression. In this mode, Clients may choose to order the production of monolingual, bilingual or trilingual glossaries.
