Exhibit's business is the provision of language services.

Use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions of access which you are kindly requested to read carefully. Access to this website or any use of the materials and contents herein implies, without limitation, the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of use. Thus, users are advised to read them carefully every time they visit EXHIBIT's Website.
These Terms & Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use") regulate access and use by any person (hereinafter, the "user") of the pages included in the domain http://www.exhibittranslations.es (herinafter, the "Website") belonging to EXHIBIT, as well as its contents and services.
EXHIBIT reserves the right to make modifications or update the contents, services, Terms of Use or any element pertaining to the design and configuration of the Website from time to time and without any prior notice.

Users access the Website at their own risk. The sole purposes of its contents is the dissemination of information on the activities carried out by EXHIBIT and the active exchange of information and documentation with both Clients and Contractors.
EXHIBIT shall take every reasonable step available to ensure the accuracy and currency of the contents and services set forth in the Website. That notwithstanding, EXHIBIT is not able to guarantee such accuracy and currency at all times.
EXHIBIT makes no warrants as to the abscence of computer viruses or other harmful elements that may damage or alter a user's computer systems or files. EXHIBIT operates a professional anti-virus software with daily updates and our Website should be reasonably secure. Therefore, EXHIBIT shall not be liable for potential damage or errors caused by the presence of any virus to the hardware or software of the user or any third party following access or use of the Website.

Personal Data Protection
In compliance with the Spanish Organic Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Act 15/1999), of December 13th, EXHIBIT hereby informs Website users that all personal data submitted through the Website or its contents may be included on a file created and processed under EXHIBIT's responsibility. Users may exercice the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding their personal data by e-mail adressed to xhbt@exhibittranslations.com or by post addressed to EXHIBIT's registered office.
Such notification must include the full name of the user, a postal address for notification purposes and an enclosed photocopy of the user's national identity card or passport. Should the user be represented by an attorney, an attesting document of such power must be also submitted. The use of certain service management and application downloads and tools included in the Website requires prior user registration.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy statement are subject to Spanish Law.
The user and EXHIBIT submit any dispute arising from the access to the Website to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid and expressly waive any other right of venue to which by law they may be entitled.
