 | PROFESSIONAL PARTNER'S NETWORK |
INTRODUCTION
Exhibit's Client Porflolio is basically made up of companies and entities pertaining to a very specific segment of language service seekers vying for high-quality specialised services and with real in-house capacity for quality assessment.
Therefore, Exhibit's Network of External Partners is exclusively formed by full-time specialised translation, interpretation and transcription professionals with outstanding qualifications and long-standing experience.
Exhibit pays special attention to fostering the development of our Network of External Partners through a double-pronged approach seeking the broadening of its scope, on the one hand, and specialised skills enhancement, on the other:
NETWORK'S DEVELOPMENT POLICY
Scopewise, Exhibit implements a series of standing strategies for the identification of external resources needs on the basis of new service categories, language combinations or specialist fields and for the selection of new translators, interpreters and transcribers willing to contribute to our project.
Skillswise, Exhibit's policy is bent on the gradual enhancement and closer involvement of external professional partners in our project by strengthening their skills in their specific fields of expertise and promoting their expansion into other fields taking into account their abilities and disposition.
Our Partner Selection Process to assess the professional suitability of applicants to become members of our Network is structured as follows:
THE SELECTION PROCESS
Stage 1:
Thorough review of the candidate's Application Form and CV to ensure consistency with the professional profiles established by Exhibit for each function.
Stage 2:
Personal interview with a candidate and review of any professional credentials required by Exhibit.
Stage 3:
Initial remunerated assignment subject to comprehensive revision and evaluation resulting in a motivated final decision report.
FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SELECTION PROCESS
When your application is reviewed and deemed adequate, Exhibit shall contact you and make arrangements for an interview in order to provide further information on our activities and procedures, as well as assessing your professional skills and credentials, availability and willingness to co-operate.
Should both parties be satisfied with the results of said interview, Exhibit shall place an initial remunerated assignment with you as a final test to verify your professional skills and suitability in accordance with our operating practices.
Prior to the formal acceptance of any other Work Order issued by Exhibit, Partners are requested to sign and formally accept the applicable General and Specific Terms and Conditions governing their professional relationship with Exhibit.
In particular, We strongly request our Partners to pay special attention to Exhibit's demand to strictly observe the provisions concerning our confidentiality policy included in the General Terms and Conditions since it is essential for our activity both having regard to the nature of both the services we provide and our Clients.
With a view to allocate a partner's involvement in any project, Exhibit examines each partner's suitability in accordance with the criteria listed below in strict priority order:
TASK ALLOCATION CRITERIA
QUALITY is the first and foremost criterion in Exhibit's task allocation process to external partners. The deciding factors in this respect are specialisation and former experience within the scope of each particular project.
AVAILABILITY is our second priority when assessing a partner's suitability to participate in a project. It may be defined as the general disposition of a partner to accept service proposals under Exhibit's working terms.
PRICE comes only third in Exhibit's priority ranking for task assignment to external partners since quality and excellence remain our unwavering priorities. Therefore, within a previously agreed rate band in line with the professional qualifications and experience required by Exhibit, partner rates and fees will seldom be the overriding factor in project assignment decisions.
