The most exacting segment of demand in the sector of legal and financial specialised translation and interpretation services has to deal with a motley and fragmentary offer on the supply side. In as far as this particular demand segment is concerned there is, on the one hand, a limited number of highly qualified, specialised and seasoned independent professionals able to provide reliable and high-end quality services to such clients when their subject matter is a document or an event that will have a decisive impact on the success of their business relations or when such service is required by law for their operations to take legal effects in Spain and must, therefore, be duly certified by a Sworn Translator & Interpreter (Traductor-Intérprete Jurado) and, on the other hand, a disproportionate high number of multifarious companies offering specialised translation and interpretation services in a substantial number of disparate fields for scores of language pairs and what have you.

In this context, there are two major problems our potential clients have to overcome in order to obtain quality services commensurate with their needs:

First, identifying the right professional for any given specific case in an efficient manner can be a tantalizing experience, only to find out, once the identification process is successful, that the professional of choice is not immediately available when required since he works on an individual basis and thus can only serve one client at a time.

Second, language services companies, an overwhelming mayority of which are microbusinesses, claiming to work on a vast number of specialty fields and language combinations, a blunt overstatement pointing at the fact that they are volume-oriented and biased towards the general public, readily accept any service proposal from any client and usually have efficient administrative and project management systems in place, enabling them to meet their clients' deadlines.

However, the sheer size and range of their offer in terms of specialisation fields and languages implies that they are not in a position to provide total quality assurance in respect of projects where excellence and professional expertise is a must.


Moreover, since most of our target clients have fully-qualified in-house personnel in charge of assessing the quality and efficiency of the resulting products and services, their expectations are seldom fulfilled and sometimes their business is hurt in the short, medium or long term due to the unavailability of a provider with real in-house capacity not only to manage and plan the execution of projects but, above all, to implement quality-control procedures in line with best international practice where projects command the involvement of qualified, seasoned and expert professionals in each relevant field.

Exhibit is thus established as a company providing high-end specialised legal and financial translation services for any Spanish or foreign company, entity or firm the operation of which may require language services with both the highest quality standards and legal effects under Spanish Law.

Accordingly, Exhibit only operates in those languages for which the company has official in-house capacity to conduct total quality assurance procedures and provide legally binding translation and interpretation services under Spanish Law, namely, Spanish, English and French.

In addition, Exhibit does not envisage to engage in any specialised field outside the legal and financial sectors, with special emphasis in its core "fields of expertise", where the company and its partners have built a solid experience and in-depth knowledge over the years.

Finally, our specialisation reaches far beyond our working language pairs and the tipology of specific documents and issues in the translation of which we have gathered outstanding experience to embrace a whole range of specific language-related services we offer in order to be able to provide an immediate response, should a Client require any such service.
