APPLICABLE CRITERIA
On the basis of the particular development of the relationship with a Client in terms of time, regularity, creditworthiness and turnover, Exhibit's Clients are classified and operate as Ordinary Clients or Premium Clients.
Albeit such a distinction does not have any impact at all in service quality and resource allocation standards and procedures, Premium Clients benefit from lower rates, simplified invoicing and management procedures and favourable payment terms.

Premium Client status is obtained through the execution of a Framework Contract for the Provision of Language Services between Exhibit and the Client involved. The aim of such contract is to streamline and simplify management procedures, agree on a new set of premium rates and lay down better payment terms where the Client meets the following basic criteria:
a period of at least six (6) months must have lapsed since the effective provision of Exhibit's first service
during said six-month period leading to the Framework Contract Proposal, Exhibit must have effectively provided such Client on average three or more services per month or at least six separate (6) services for an aggregate net amount of €24,000 or more and
during said six-month period, the Client and Exhibit must have observed their mutual obligations thereby building a personal and business relationship based on the principles of co-operation, respect and mutual confidence.
Exhibit believes that the obtention of Premium Client status as described above is in the mutual interest of both parties.
ORDINARY CLIENTS
